Who we are

InteriorPro is a business app for interior designers, furniture makers and furniture showrooms. It is published by Lakshmipathy M. Contact: o.m.pathy@gmail.com · https://interiorpro360.in.

In short: your business data stays on your phone and in accounts you own (your Google Drive, your Cloudflare). We, the publisher, do not run a server that receives your data, and the app has no ads and no analytics or tracking.

Data kept on your phone

Everything you enter — your business details and logo, customers, quotations, projects, site measurements and photos, payments, invoices, materials and stock, suppliers and makers, staff, attendance and salary, products and sales — is stored in the app's database on your phone. It stays there until you change or delete it, restore another backup, clear the app's data or uninstall the app.

App lock (optional)

If you turn on App lock, InteriorPro asks for a PIN (and, if you choose, your fingerprint or face) before it opens. The PIN is kept only on your phone, scrambled in the phone's secure storage, and is never in backups, Drive sync or your website. Your fingerprint or face is checked by the phone itself; InteriorPro never sees it.

Phone contacts

Only when you tap a contact button, InteriorPro asks for Contacts permission so you can pick a customer from your phonebook or save a customer to it. Only the contact you pick or save is used. Your phonebook is never uploaded.

Photos and files

When you add a logo, a portfolio picture, a product photo, a site photo, a bill photo or a business-card background, the app opens your phone's picker and keeps a copy of only the picture you chose. InteriorPro cannot use the camera or the microphone. To scan a price tag or a piece label, the app opens Google's code scanner (part of Google Play services on your phone): it shows the camera itself and gives the app only the text of the code it read — never a picture.

Google Drive backup and sync (optional, your own Drive)

If you turn it on and sign in with your Google account, InteriorPro keeps a copy of your business data in your own Google Drive, in the app's private app folder (Google's "drive.appdata" access — the app cannot see your other Drive files). Sync data is encrypted on your phone with a passphrase only you know before it is uploaded, so it cannot be read in Drive without that passphrase. This is how a second phone or a new phone gets your data.

You can also save a backup file to a folder you choose (for example a Drive or other cloud folder on your phone). Those backup files are not encrypted and contain customer and staff details, so keep them somewhere safe.

To stop: turn sync off in the app. To remove the copy, open Google Drive on the web → Settings → Manage apps → InteriorPro → Delete hidden app data, and remove InteriorPro's access in your Google account's security settings.

Your website, catalogue and customer pages (optional, your own Cloudflare)

If you connect your own Cloudflare account, InteriorPro publishes only what you choose: your business website and product catalogue, and private pages for a customer (their quotation, work progress with photos you pick, invoices and payments). A private page is reached only by its secret link that you send, and you can stop the link at any time.

If you allow it, a customer can send a reply from their private page (for example approving a design or asking a question). The reply is kept briefly in your Cloudflare account, brought into the app, and then removed from Cloudflare. Your Cloudflare sign-in is stored in the phone's secure storage.

If you turn on "Get an estimate" on your website, your saved selling rates (work name, unit, rate and material — never costs or anything else) are published so visitors can see a price range. A visitor who sends a request gives their name, mobile number and, if they wish, their area and a note. The request is kept in your Cloudflare account (for at most 90 days) until InteriorPro brings it in, and is then removed from Cloudflare. It is there only so that you can contact that visitor about the work they asked for.

If you allow notifications, InteriorPro looks for new requests in the background now and then (your phone decides when) and shows a notification on your phone. This happens between your phone and your own Cloudflare account only. Follow-up reminders you set are notifications made on the phone itself; nothing about them is sent anywhere.

What you publish stays in your Cloudflare account until you remove or replace it there. Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies to that account.

Sharing, WhatsApp and PDFs

Quotations, invoices, receipts, statements, orders, salary slips and messages leave the app only when you tap share, save or WhatsApp. They go to the app you pick (for example WhatsApp, email or Files). Customer documents never show your costs, profit or private notes.

What we do not do

Security

Data travels to Google and Cloudflare only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Drive sync data is encrypted on your phone before upload. Sign-in tokens are kept in the phone's secure storage. Use a screen lock on your phone, because anyone who can open the phone can open the app.

Deleting your data

Delete single records inside the app, or remove everything by clearing InteriorPro's data or uninstalling it. Remove the Drive copy from Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps → InteriorPro → Delete hidden app data. Remove published pages from your Cloudflare account. Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to delete — but write to o.m.pathy@gmail.com if you need help.

Children

InteriorPro is a business tool and is not meant for children.

Changes

If the app starts handling data differently, this policy is updated before that version is released, with a new date below.
